The Game Producer holds a pivotal position in guaranteeing the effective creation and launch of features in our game. In this role, you will drive advanced project planning and provide production leadership across multiple cross-functional teams. You’ll leverage your expertise to ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality game features, enhancing the player experience and supporting the growth of our game portfolio.
\n- Collaborate with Product Owners to break down quarterly roadmaps into detailed, achievable sprint plans. Manage complex projects that span multiple sprints, with well-defined milestones to keep teams on track.
- Conduct in-depth risk assessments to identify immediate and long-term risks. Develop and execute mitigation strategies, continually improving team performance and production quality.
- Implement quality assurance processes to uphold high standards throughout the project lifecycle. Address challenges proactively, developing solutions to maintain project scope, timeline, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize and refine backlog tasks, ensuring readiness for upcoming sprints and smooth project flow.
- Keep stakeholders informed through regular updates, clear documentation, and effective reporting sessions, fostering transparency and alignment.
- Guide junior producers and associate producers in project management and team coordination best practices, fostering their professional growth.
- You bring 5+ years hands-on experience within game development.
- An experienced and outcome-driven game producer with a record of consistently delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Skilled in advanced project planning and risk management, backlog management, with the ability to break down complex roadmaps into detailed, achievable sprint plans.
- Proactive in assessing and mitigating risks early to ensure smooth, uninterrupted project flow.
- Quality-focused, maintaining high standards across projects, reducing defects, and driving continuous improvement.
- A clear communicator who fosters transparency with stakeholders and team members, keeping everyone informed and engaged.
- A supportive mentor and leader, dedicated to developing junior producers and refining their project management skills.
- Known for building strong relationships and receiving positive feedback from stakeholders on project alignment with strategic goals and quality standards.
