We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior VAT Analyst for a 12 Month Fixed Term to support our tax team in ensuring accurate VAT compliance and reporting.
In this role, you will assist with VAT filings, reconciliations, and data analysis across multiple jurisdictions. You will also help monitor tax regulations and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Your Mission
As part of the finance team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, ensuring VAT-related data is accurate and aligned with regulatory requirements. You will assist in preparing reports, handling queries, and supporting audits as needed.

This role includes but is not limited to the following tasks/duties*:
Primarily prepare and file e-service VAT returns (non-EU), for the Activision Blizzard King group.
Assist with the coordination of the VAT account reconciliation and ensure that all VAT accounts to the General Ledger are reconciled.
Observe filing deadlines and payment due dates.
Provide indirect tax payment forecasting and tracking.
Assist with improving and further professionalizing compliance processes and procedures.
Assist Accounting and Operations colleagues with day to day VAT related questions.
Player Profile
Understanding of VAT compliance and some VAT knowledge
Knowledge of Oracle R12 and OBIEE is an advantage
Good computer skills, especially Excel
Fluency in English language is a must
Enthusiastic team player, stress resistant with the ability to balance multiple priorities while working on tight deadlines
Flexible and willing to work in a multicultural environment
Strong organizational and accuracy skills, eye for detail, proactivity and anticipation skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to adapt to changes quickly
