About this Role

Fandom is growing! Our QA Analyst opportunity is based in Poznan, and reports to our Manager of QA. Our QA team working on a daily basis with Sales org is a fan of ensuring high quality information is provided.

As a QA Analyst you will work with our Sales Operations teams based in our San Francisco, New York, and London office locations and Ad Engineering in the Poznan office. You will have the potential to develop either in ad operations, data analysis, quality assurance or engineering.

You will support teams in SEA, Europe and USA with a heavy focus on your dedicated timezone -  West Coast (working hours 6 PM - 2 AM CEST)  

You will provide quality assurance of direct advertising campaigns by checking and correcting their setup, as well as solving ad-related issues.

You Will...

  • Provide technical support to Ad/Revenue Operations & Ad Engineering teams and 3rd party vendors including quality assurance of campaigns’ setup
  • Identify and communicate any issues to ensure accurate delivery of ad campaigns
  • Work with the AdEng team and escalate any issues that can't be handled by the  Sales  Ops team
  • Work with the Sales Systems and Tools team to provide feedback about new tools/systems that may be used by the Sales Ops team.
  • Monitor ad setup, campaign targeting and ensure that 3rd party data is being correctly recorded 
  • Test new ad products to identify any technical issues and prepare clear guidelines for new products and train members of the operations team
  • Provide data analysis required by Sales Ops needs (e.g. KPI benchmarks for ad products)
  • Train new Sales Ops members 
  • Work with your manager and team to develop solutions to improve operational efficiency, testing, campaign management processes
  • Evaluate and advise on technical requirements for vendor implementation
  • Manage the implementation of custom ad product campaigns from a technical operations standpoint
  • Participate in optimization of processes and automation of the QAing process
  • Serve as an independent and confident point of contact for all ad related technical issues

You Have...

  • 0-2 years of experience with QA, testing, data analysis, preferably in a digital business environment
  • Customer-service oriented mindset and ability to work as a partner with remote teams
  • Basic knowledge about Javascript, HTML, Internet file formats, or web coding concepts
  • Basic software development skills e.g. Python
  • Basic knowledge about the software development process/concepts
  • Fluent English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external international teams
  • Ability to work with multiple projects and stakeholders and prioritize accordingly
  • Ability to manage expectations of Sales, Ad Engineering, Analytics and Operations Teams
  • Strong understanding of business needs, priorities and dependencies between teams at Fandom
