THE ROLE:
The Supervisor HR leads the HR operations team in the region, offering value-added human resources support and services to all employees, managers, and HR team members. You partner with various HR function teams, to work on employee onboarding, various HR related on site operation services, and employee separation processes/practices.
THE PERSON:
The ideal person for this role will have excellent communication and influencing skills. Proven leadership skills, with structured thinking and analytical skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead HR operations team in region
- Drive consistent quality of HR ops service delivery, and implementation in region
- Lead team to implement and ensure global policies and projects for local/regional smooth delivery
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience of working on HR programs or global project management
- Experience in multinational environment
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related discipline preferred
