UX Designer will be responsible for producing setting up in-game UX direction and creating UX-related work for exciting games produced in Chengdu.

What you will do
• Part of the business analysis phase regarding usability/navigation considerations and other aspects.
• Collecting requirements, identifying design problems, and suggesting elegant solutions.
• Setting up a UX direction and presenting the guideline both orally and on paper.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• A highly collaborative, creative, empathetic, and innovative spirit.
• Designing the layout and flow of the user interface while keeping their needs in mind.
• Translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive and pleasant user experience.
• Document and share clear specifications of UI/UX components.
• Identifying user behavior, goals, motivations and needs through various methods. Familiar with one or more UI / UX software (Figma, Balsamiq, etc.) and able to create your own wireframes.

• 记录并分享清晰的 UI/UX 组件规格。
• 可运用多种方法去分析用户目标、行为、动机和了解需求。熟悉一种或多种 UI/UX 软件(Figma、Balsamiq 等)并能够创建自己的线框流程图。
What you will bring
- Solid and proven working experience in UX design.
- Experience in driving the design of complex UX features.
- Solid experience in building and improving UX systems from conception to release to ensure an optimum player experience in line with creative direction.
- Proficient in at least 1 prototyping tool Axure, Figma, or others).
- Proficient in at least 1 visual design tool (Photoshop, Illustrator, or others).
- Familiar with the design specifications for products based on the web; Familiar with design for the dashboard, admin, and backend systems is a plus.
- Quickly learning and understanding business knowledge, interests on cutting edged technology (big data, load test and machine learning, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of game engine tools is a plus
- User-centered mindset.
- Good English language skills.

- 快速学习和理解业务知识,对前沿技术(大数据、负载测试和机器学习等)感兴趣者优先
- 了解游戏引擎工具者优先
- 以用户为中心的思维方式
- 良好的英文语言能力
