We are looking for an experienced Technical TA Partner with a deep understanding of technical recruitment within the game industry. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to attract and hire top technical talent across various specializations, supporting teams that develop innovative gaming experiences. Your insight into industry trends and talent pools, particularly within game development, will be essential as you build relationships with candidates and stakeholders alike, helping shape the future of our growing team

- Drive innovative recruitment strategies while maintaining a strong focus on cultural and team alignment.
- Ensure operational efficiency by optimizing recruitment processes and workflows, contributing to a streamlined and effective hiring process.
- You have 7+ years technical recruitment experience
- You bring 3+ years of experience in gaming industry recruitment, with a particular focus on Free-to-Play (F2P) models.
- You are skilled in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, with the ability to advise senior leaders throughout the hiring process.
- As a problem solver, you effectively use all available resources to create and execute sourcing strategies that attract top talent.
- You thrive in an environment where ambiguity and change are constant, you will adapt quickly and find innovative solutions to evolving challenges.
