As the Brand Marketing Manager for EMEA, you will be responsible for the development and execution of creative, impactful, regional marketing campaigns that promote games, films, licensing, animated content, and emerging opportunities for iconic SEGA properties, including Sonic the Hedgehog and many more! Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, based in the UK, you will work closely with the Global Brand Marketing team and cross-functional teams across EMEA to deliver integrated campaigns to engage fanbases and drive brand growth across the region.   
 
This role focuses on campaign management, from initial strategy and creative development through to execution and post-campaign analysis. You will ensure seamless coordination across digital, social, media, and experiential channels. The role requires a collaborative approach to leveraging insights from EMEA markets to inform global brand strategies and deliver impactful consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities: 
 
  • Develop and execute multi-channel brand marketing campaigns across EMEA, ensuring alignment with global brand strategies and business objectives. 
 
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Licensing, Partnerships, PR, Community, and CRM teams to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns across gaming, film, licensing, and other brand initiatives. 
 
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop experiential marketing activations, events, and support partnership promotions. 
 
  • Work closely with the Community team to amplify brand campaigns across digital touchpoints, maintaining consistency and identifying additive engagement opportunities. 
 
  • Act as a regional brand champion by leveraging consumer insights and marketing intelligence from EMEA to inform global strategies. 
 
  • Manage creative and media agencies to produce high-quality content, develop media strategies, and execute campaigns tailored to regional markets. 
 
  • Lead the development of bespoke EMEA creative assets and oversee the localization of global content for regional audiences. 
 
  • Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts. 
 
  • Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring financial targets are met while maximizing campaign effectiveness. 
 
  • Stay informed on the EMEA market landscape to identify emerging trends and new marketing opportunities. 
 
Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills: 
 
  • Proven experience in brand marketing or a similar role, ideally in the entertainment, gaming, consumer products sectors, or with an agency background. 
  • Expertise in delivering integrated social media and marketing campaigns across digital, and traditional media channels.   
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines. 
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA market landscape and consumer behaviour.   
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams across multiple regions.   
  • Proven ability to manage creative and media agencies to execute marketing campaigns.   
  • Analytical mindset with experience in evaluating campaign performance and optimizing strategies based on data.   
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives and engage diverse audiences. 
  • Strong presentation skills with proven expertise in using Keynote, PowerPoint, and Photoshop. 
 
Required Education & Qualifications: 
 
  • BA Hons Level Degree or similar
