Your Mission
The Marketing Analytics team is responsible for providing measurement, insights, analyses, reporting, targeting opportunities, and strategic recommendations to internal and external teams across all Marketing channels and initiatives, including: organic social, media, lifecycle, creative and brand marketing.
Their work ranges from creative testing (qualitative and/or quantitative; in-person or virtually), business intelligence, goal and KPI setting, to data analysis, trend analysis, and econometric modeling for the above stated channels and broader cross-functional teams.
The Manager, Marketing Analytics will play a critical role in facilitating data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies and drive advanced measurement. This role will focus on analyzing player behavior, evaluating campaign performance, and identifying actionable insights to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. You will collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to understand the impact of marketing efforts at the top, middle, and bottom of the funnel.
Analytics and Insights
Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across channels (digital, paid, lifecycle, etc.) to inform future strategies.
Utilize statistics and modeling to drive higher marketing effectiveness, customer acquisition and retention.
Proactively bring hypotheses and analyses forward that will help achieve Marketing goals.
Campaign/Creative Optimization
Lead the design and analysis of various forms of testing for creative assets, messaging, and targeting strategies both qualitatively and quantitatively across mobile and console/pc business.
Use vendor and internal data sources to recommend improvements to campaign and creative design.
Create insights for various marketing channels
Strategic Growth Support
Develop insights to support go-to-market strategies for new game launches, live-service updates, and seasonal events.
Drive substantial gains across the marketing funnel metrics - from awareness, engagement, game install, purchase, retention, and cross-sell/upsell.
Support international marketing teams with localized data insights and strategy recommendations.
Reporting and Forecasting
Design innovative reporting and visualizations that make it easy to understand marketing performance at a glance.
Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize marketing spend and player lifetime value.
Brand Partnerships
Identify and evaluate potential brand partnership opportunities that align with our brand’s target audience, franchise values, and growth objectives.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop data-driven proposals for brand partnerships, ensuring measurable impact on player acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Lead the analytics and performance evaluation of brand partnership campaigns, providing insights on KPIs, audience reach, and brand alignment.
Research industry trends and competitor partnerships to position our brand as a leader in innovative and impactful brand collaborations.
Collaboration and Communication
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders across various levels, including senior leadership.
Act as a liaison between marketing cross functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making across all marketing channels.
Drive skill development of analysts on the team in statistics and insights areas
Player Profile
Minimum Requirements:
7+ years of experience in the field of data analytics, data science, or a related domain.
2+ years of leadership experience leading a team of Analysts
Background in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance
SQL- beginning/intermediate level
Previous experience with insight development and story-telling
Dashboard development for Marketing
Marketing goal setting experience
Knowledge around quantitative and qualitative creative testing
Self-starter and proactive
Experience presenting to varying levels of stakeholders including cross-functional teams and C-Suite
Can work across multiple projects at once and cross functionally

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $111,780.00 - $206,882.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
