THE ROLE
AMD as the premier innovation partner in the enterprise market. This team collaborates with industry leaders to amplify AMD’s influence, strengthen brand authority, and accelerate enterprise adoption. The Sr. Partner Marketing Manager will develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies that position AMD’s AI and enterprise solutions within key Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and Global Systems Integrator (GSI) ecosystems. This role focuses on strategic storytelling, demand generation, and thought leadership to engage Fortune 1000 enterprises and drive business impact. 

 

THE PERSON
The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative marketer with a deep understanding of B2B enterprise and partner marketing. Bringing strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, the role requires someone who excels at crafting compelling narratives, building partnerships, and driving marketing initiatives that deliver measurable business results. The ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, impactful messaging for C-suite decision-makers is essential. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that position AMD’s AI and enterprise solutions within ISV and GSI partner ecosystems.
  • Lead integrated marketing programs, co-branded content initiatives, and demand-generation campaigns that drive awareness and adoption.
  • Align ISV and GSI-led marketing efforts with AMD’s product launches and industry events.
  • Analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies and ensure alignment with partner business objectives.
  • Expand AMD’s presence across partner platforms, industry events, and digital marketing channels.
  • Develop marketing assets, enablement materials, and messaging frameworks that empower partners to effectively communicate AMD’s value.
  • Act as the key liaison between AMD and partner teams, driving execution, approvals, and alignment.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive experience in B2B marketing at a technology company, consultancy, cloud platform, or enterprise SaaS/PaaS firm.
  • Strong knowledge of co-marketing models, Market Development Funds (MDF), and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Proven ability to develop and analyze co-marketing programs, optimize content and campaigns, and execute joint marketing efforts with sales teams.
  • Experience in co-branded content creation, sales enablement, and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with launch planning and aligning marketing initiatives with sales motions.
  • Exceptional storytelling and messaging skills to position AMD and its partners as trusted enterprise leaders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement in marketing impact and partner engagement.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
